Actually its 245/285. Yes I used the same specs as Lou and using Continental DW! I might go back up to stock height like caymandive and get it corner balance. I'm on BC Racing coilovers. I already see the wear and tear on the rear tires due to the camber and toe of the drop ride.

Eibach on rear, Tein on front. Thought Eibach front gave zero drop and Tein rear too much drop.

I agree with the statements above. I liked my Teins, but the rear was a touch low for me. I have Swift's on my GTR and they are awesome. I bought some Eibachs just to useon the rear of my ISF like FNMUPN8 did, but sold the car first. I think his car has the perfect stance for springs. If anyone wants them to do the same, I'll practically give them away to get them outta of the garage!

I've had Eibach paired with Tokico HTS on my IS F for over a year now. Springs are springs, all 3 are very reputable brands. Don't let the marketing hype fool you.

What happens when you lower a car using springs is that the exposed rod of the struts/shocks travels through the seals. If the rods have any corrosion or damage, it tears the seals and they start leaking. If you are dropping a car with a lot of miles, you might be advised to use new struts/shocks.

While we're on the topic of "picking springs", I am of the opinion that there is only one spring provider worth a damn - Hypercoil. Of all the springs I have tested - you need a spring tester, MK Technologies makes a good one (and Hoosier Tom will sell it to you) - the only springs that reliably tested in spec were the Hypercoils. The worst offenders were the no-name purple springs that come on JICs; I saw 25% variation on some of these.

^^ Thank you! That's why you almost never see companies like JRZ, Moton and Ohlin use Eibach or Tein springs. Hyperco is the one to use if your budget allows. Otherwise, Swift will be the next best spring you can get.

Just to be sure, here's what they've done: 2004 ASN/FIA Canadian D Modified Champions, 2002 SCCA ProSolo Honda Street Challenge Series Champions, 2002 SCCA ProSolo Street Modified Series Champions, 2003, 2001, 2000 CENDIV Divisional Champions
