I have a few sites I visit & cross check through... But all these part numbers are On-Line & FREE 
^^ I'm 99.99% sure.......
Ok so here are ALL the part numbers for the Rear Center Subwoofer listed for the Lexus IS-F or IS Sedans
2006-2012 IS / IS-F:
2006-2009 IS / IS-F:
2010-2012 IS / IS-F :

Joe,
Are you positive that's the correct part number? Are you going based off the price on toyo diy or how are you certain thats the correct part #? I just got my sub replaced yesterday @ jim falk and the repair totaled to be somewhere in the low $400s but free for me because im still covered under warranty. However, the website lists the speaker alone @ $572.73. I will go grab my work invoice to see the part number replacement.

Here is an image off the 2008 IS-F Speakers... I circled with red boxes for you..
I only added the gray box & listed the Rear Center Speaker part numbers and matching image locations.
