Default Questions about NOS and racing gas on F

Hi there, Please forgive me asking alot of question in this thread.
I am not understand the nos and what is racing gas actually meaning.

- I always hear members from here put the nos for the last mod. Why?
- Does it has switch to turn it on/off? Eg. Can I drive as normal but I can decide turn it on/off?
- Always run in NOS will hurt the car, is it true?

-What is racing gas meaning? From what RON?
- I am lving in a country where can get 98RON easily, Does 98RON makes a different to a F compare to 91RON?

Thanks.
