Default Lexus ISF vs Aston Martin V8

I see there's a big hype people comparing C63 and M3 performance wise but has any one thought about comparing other rides. Like for example the Aston Martin has 420hp 346 lb.-ft. of torque vs Lexus ISF 416hp 371 lb.-ft. of torque, who u think would win raced on a track?

I would say ISF, consider it would be lighter, unless u talking about trim down version of AM. Some bentley was trying to catch me from behind but stock ISF was pulling away from it gradually starting from 80km/h and on. But then another day, I think it was a 335i which can keep up with ISF in uphill and corners, maybe he could of passed me even on uphill and it must be modded quite heavily, since he was in the back the whole time I think it was a sedan/touring even.

Stg2 335i is faster M3, with the overboost mode, that was why...

Aston Martins are for girls and guys who like slow cars

Slow but beautiful cars

Very very beautiful cars

Probably the most beautiful cars in existence today

Aston Martins are nice but no one cares for them anymore. Sad but true, maybe another James Bond film will bring it back to life!

^^^^I'm someone, and I care - A LOT. They're gorgeous fast, handle well, are well appointed and if I could afford one, (a Vantage) it would be parked in my driveway now. I luv 'em

I second that. I've driven a buddy's 2007 V8 Vantage, and it was one of the best cars I've ever driven. I care...A LOT too. Even though there are cars that can outperform it, no one will look at you beating the Aston Martin, because they will be too busy looking at the Aston.

The Lexus IS-F sedan is slightly faster to 124mph (200kph) than a Ferrari 360...and it's nearly three seconds faster to that speed than the woeful AM Vantage V8.

The douche class hahahahaha

No really, everyone I've met who has an AM is
a) not a car guy
b) wearing ed hardy
c) combo of a and b = a dbag

I noticed IS-F owners seem to be the most into cars, after that E63/E55 AMG owners.

Of course I wish I had a "woeful V8 vantage" just like I wish I had a few saggy chassis to mess around with too

Definitely mad props to GFerg to post that article again, makes me wonder why my M6 doesn't feel faster than the IS-F from 0-160kmph

Damn alot of haters on here for AM's. You can't take it away from them...they are gorgeous cars. The new Jags are looking more and more like them with great motors too.
