Sport Edition KV5 Wheels 18 X 8 (Winter Package)
For my winter set-up on the Sport Edition KV5 Wheels which offet do I need for the front and rear? Going with a 225 45 18 tire.
1010 tire offers 35mm and 45mm offset rims
Am I correct in assumming that oem offset is is 45 and 55mm offset?

You are correct for the OEM offset. With a 225, you could get away with either of those offsets from a rubbing perspective, but staying closer to OEM offsets will reduce wheel bearing stress.
