Default Lexus Roadside Assistance?

My '08 IS-F chose not to start this morning and it appears that one or more of the cells in the battery have shorted because a battery charger I have cuts out on overcurrent the moment it is connected to the battery (battery is disconnected from the car.

The car's in the garage and I am wondering if Lexus Roadside Assistance would refuse the call based upon the fact that the car is not "on the road".

Before I call Lexus, does anyone have any experience in this area? Will they say "yay" or "nay"?

Thanks people.

It's related to Lexus I'd assume they'd cover it
