It's certainly not easy and with some practice and ideal conditions 11's are possible.
I used to have this link in my signature. It's my Drag Strip journal and it's a great baseline to compare your results against. Just calculate your DA and compare it to the runs I have posted there, which include both my own and the top 5 naturally aspirated. Click on the links at the bottom of the spreadsheet to switch between top 5 and my runs at two different tracks.

Got in 4 runs, highest was 12.7 and best was 12.5 due to better 60ft. Did not get the chance to play with tire pressures, so I guess it was 36psi? Which is the stock psi. Fuel was 91.. Quarter tank left.. Removed spare and tools.

11's are easy, just use a drop in fuel tank octane booster lol
