Does a BGB exist for the ISF?
I recall from my celica/mr2 days "The Big Green Book" was 2 novels on how to take apart and replace everything and anything on the car.
Does lexus have similar books available they sell?

Second that. I think I'll be spending that 15 dollars tomorrow. I want to read up on how to retard engine timing and I want the wiring diagrams for the OBDII port and the ECU harness. Anybody else need some info...

$400 just like it says on the website. I paid $220 for the Supra manuals I have in 1994. When I asked about manuals for the Scion tC, they told me it was going to be $700 just for the two basic manuals, no New Car Features or wiring diagrams.
My cars (Scion, Toyota, Lexus) never see a dealer. It's pretty easy to justify $400 a year when you don't have any other direct service costs and you know you'll have all the information you need to do the job right the first time without unnecessarily breaking stuff.

Yeah i just looked it up. Im really interested in the ScanTool software and ECU calibration that they offer in the "Professional Diagnostic" package. Looks like ill have to spend the 55 and do as much reading as I can in 48 hours. If I had a garage and a lift I'd spend that 400 bucks in a second. As it is I live in the city and dont even have a garage.. BTW lobuxracer, do you know if engine timing can be retarded on the F without the use of a piggyback?

I don't know of anyone who has successfully altered timing without a piggyback. I'm also very confident cracking the Toyota ECM isn't going to happen. Too many people with far better tools, skills, and knowledge have failed. It's going to take F-Con V or a standalone (if you're willing to sacrifice VVTi control) to do anything significant. Toyota controls their ECM at the custom processor level - there is no documentation available to anyone outside of Toyota and Lotus.

I payed the 15 bucks for 48 hour TIS access and I sure made it worth the money. I downloaded all 42 Wiring Diagrams for the F and about 650 PDF repair documents including all Audio/visual, braking system, drivetrain and engine documents. I got about half of the entire manual...
