I tried taking a video but the rattling is on and off... do you know where and how they applied the foam?

Regarding the coolant problem, you can just add distilled water (not regular) as lobuxracer said to bring the level back up to full. I'm going to monitor my coolant level after filling it... if I notice that it's getting lower quickly then it's most likely a leaking water pump, which should be covered under warranty.
