Default Dyno Tips for a Rookie?

I'm getting my first dyno run evar tomorrow: A before and after with the Takeda Intake on a dynojet. Any tips for me or the dyno dudes on how to get the best results on an ISF?
Thanks!

I know 6th is the 1:1 gear ratio but we actually pulled more horse and torque in 5th....I'm really interested in the dyno numbers for before/after with the Takeda. I'm waiting for mine in the mail.

That's the truth!! As staman said 6th gear is 1:1 ratio. How many times are they letting you run it on the dyno? If alot then do runs in both 5th and 6th gear

Well, I was able to get to get in 6 runs. They did it in 4th gear. I asked him to run it in 6th gear on one of them but he freaked out 2/3 of the way into it. Thanks for the advice. I was ale to get some comparables and mission accomplished.

With results that close it's hard to call a winner here. Engine temps, timing, fluid temps are just a few variables that could easily cause the small difference in numbers. Either way it appears you haven't lost anything except the price you paid for an intake that may or may not be any better than stock.

No point in changing the F intake until you have full exhaust
