Default Notice! White interior owners

I recently went into Lexus of Calgary for some maintenance issues and after speaking with the rep, I figured It couldnt hurt to mention that my white drivers seat is excessively worn, and almost looks to be cracking. This has slowly driven me insane over the past few months as I love to wear Raw denim (seats were turning blue), as well as true religion denim (big buttons on the back). Also keep in mind that this is an American car, being serviced at a canadian dealership while visiting on an extended business trip.

When I got my call to come pick up the car, he also mentioned that they would be replacing the seat at no charge. I am still in warranty, but I was astounded by the level of custer service!

I have nothing but good things to say about Lexus of Calgary!

Any fellow white interior owners should keep this in mind!

UPDATE PICS!
First 3 are of the old seat, 4th is the new.... told you guys it was bad, and i look after my car (that being said ignore the rocks, i just got back from a 3 day ski trip)

turning blue from jeans is normal. I work at a dealership and see it on our lighter interiors. Find yourself some orange citrus cleaner (preferably wipe form) and it will come right out. It will be mild enough for the leather, and you can always follow up with some conditioner!

What cleans black scuffs marks off the yellow/parchment/gold hard plastic threshold where I get in & out of the car? Thanks

That'd be great! I thought my seats were wearing excessively too. I'd like to bring this to their attention if possible.

Dang, I wonder if I can get my black seats replaced in a year.. I don't have the colored marks, but my bolsters def are getting worn and have some creases like yours. Also, the leather on the bottom of the seat has gotten a little stretched/worn, like yours did.

Do they happen to mention it being replace due to specifically the wear or the color bleeding?

No, just the fact that they looked rough in general. It got to the point that I hated looking at them.
