Default Going to Lexus for Water Pump Replacement & Factory Alignment

I'm at 61k and I just recently started noticing the coolant really seeping. 5k ago I hardly saw anything.
My wheels also pull slight right, so I'm having the factory alignment done for $149.
I've got the 100k platinum warranty, so this should be won and done, but because of my past non covered broken sunroof experience, I get nervous. Then theres the Intake, headers and Exhaust; that sort of stuff makes me weary...

The Service Lady didnt aknowledge the common water pump and pulling right problem, but I guess thats how they always are, right?

I drop it off tomorrow afternoon.

Anything else I should know?

Just got the F back today, waterpump replaced and alignment done. Still seems to be gently pulling right....
The diagrams they printed for me say everything is square now. The rear took a bit more adjustment than the fronts, so my assumption is my 275 wides should bite a bit better now.

Free, under warranty.

I wasnt very happy to see this once I popped my hood at home...

WTF?

Only specific techs work on ISF's?? The area down below where coolant leaked hadnt even been cleaned up either...

You can show them their sloppy work....

And no.. There are NO specific techs for IS-F's... (Just LFA's )

Usually more seasoned techs get the bigger jobs.. So they normally won't put an Oil change Tech on a motor or trans job.. LoL

That doesn't look like coolant. Coolant is definitely pink. Not sure what they spilled there, but more than likely it was wet and not visible when they put the hood down and after it dried, whatever is dissolved in the water showed up. Sure they should have wiped it off, but they might not have even seen it.

Joe,
Service advisor told me that their ISF tech wasnt in on sat, but he would tackle the job on monday. That made me think there were specific techs for the ISF, but what you say makes sence.

Lance,

The picture doesnt show well, but its was light pink and was dried up just like coolant, before I wiped it off.

Shining the light down in the WP weep hole area still shows the dried coolant. That should have been cleaned during the install, but now I have to do it.

I expected more from a Lexus tech at a Lexus dealer, but I wont be "that guy" and call them out on it.

Gil, my bad bro...you probably refer to yours as gentleman's juice.

Holy cow! Since it seems like I've been the first owner to successfully break the transmission in the IS F, I actually never checked the water pump on my 08 IS F... Checked earlier...no signs of leakage or seepage.
