Spoke to Marc, and had Tom Higgins @ Lexus of Route 10 work on my car. After having them align it, they recommended parts 48075-53020 & 48076-53020, which will change my caster +20 and +20. These are the 2 brackets:

did they give you your current alignment specs? i think that will help others if they are having the same problems. make sure to get your printout.

When I got alignment it said "$249.95 installed" on my receipt (I wanted to do research before agreeing to the install)...I assume that includes parts & labor... but not tax. My tires are fairly new so I can't tell if there is excessive inner tire wear, plus my suspension is stock.

I got alignment done a few months ago, and I am in the process of getting the printout with my alignment specs. I'll post the specs as soon as I get them.

From my LIMITED understanding of alignment, caster, etc, I thought that only if caster was off one side vs the other that it could cause "pulling" issues... If they are installing the caster adjustment bracket on both sides (adjusting each side the same amount) I doubt this will fix your issue...
I also don't think that caster issues usually cause tire wear issues.... SOMEBODY CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG!!!

^^ Right on... You can have an OK alignment and be spot on with good / even tire wear... (for OEM setup)

... BUT suffer from lane drift or tracking issue (usually to the right) even though all looks well...

Thanks for the thread and info. My car also tracks to the right, but my alignment is spot on (I got it aligned by the alignment **** for those who know him in socal he he). I just got used to it and don't notice it anymore, but it'll be nice if we have a definite solution!

So I have a few questions, sorry for the limited knowledge:

1.) Are those caster brackets add-ons or replacement of factory parts?
2.) Would alignment shops be able to install those brackets? Or do we have to take it to the dealer?

^Primecut, I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow to ask if the caster brackets are replacements or add-ons. This info will be useful for others as well. I'm also getting a quote for the inclusive total. From my understanding this is how it goes:

Parts: ~$100 ($48 per bracket)
Labor: ~$150 (1-2 hrs)
Alignment: $130

Over $380 + tax just to get the car to go straight... I'll update these numbers as soon as I get a quote.

1. They replace the factory parts with new factory parts. Nothing is added on. You will own a spare set of rear control arm bushings when this is done.

2. Yes, there is no magic in getting these on the car.

You know, I thought my 08 was drifting right at one point but I could swear it's not anymore. No idea if it's in my head or if I'm just driving curvy roads and not able to do straights enough to notice.

$250 out the door for a fix seems decent to me though. I'm curious about how things work out for you.

This obviously sounds like a factory issue. I don't see why we have to be paying any out of pocket expense for something that is obviously that has to do with a design issue from the factory.

After speaking to Teo, another F member in the area, I'm gonna hold off on the brackets. He told me that he got them installed (while under alignment warranty) and the car still pulled right. It seems to be that Continental tires are notorious for drifting more depending on the crown of the road. None of the dealers around me are considering this under the factory warranty, I am considering calling Lexus corporate.
