ERDoc. I have the same ****. It should have come with instructions. There is a screw inside the **** that you can adjust to get it exactly right without the cotton.

OP, I am guessing you got the brushed finish on the ****, correct?

Has anyone on here gotten the polished finish on the ****? It is $10 more, it looks cool, but I do like the brushed too.. What do you guys think?

Yes, it's true, agriculture offers some simple solutions for problems, especially when the owner has to live with the results, not those commenting. It would appear there is a set screw for solving this problem already built into the ****.

A lot of this discussion reminds me of the time my dad suggested using a 1/4x20 bolt to replace a broken seat post bolt on my rather expensive Swiss and Italian racing bicycle. Sure it would work and it would be an acceptable fix for a Huffy, but it wasn't the right solution to the problem for my Mondia.

Yes I got the brushed **** as I thought it wouldn't show smudges as much... Here's some good pics.. (finally) sorry for the delay! I LOVE THIS THING!!
