Is the Seibon any lighter than OEM? The consistent thing I've heard about Seibon from friends who have shops is fitment. Sometimes it's great, other times it's awful.
In my experience cf really only looks good enough to be liveable on very dark cars. Those pics on the black look awesome and I'd be all over that.
On one of my Evo 8's (a blue one) I did a lot of carbon. The hood was weighted similar but the trunk had huge weight savings. Way, way more than expected due to the springs/hydralics/etc that help raise it so easily stock. It was crazy like 12lbs vs 37lbs. So I suspect the ISF may be similar and save a lot of weight with the trunk.
I'm ok with white cars that go panda but that has never appealed to me. But it doesn't look bad by any means. Just not for me.
And carbon fiber in general is hit-or-miss. From what I've read Seibon's ISF stuff has been seeing much better fitment than most brands for most cars.
