Works on my USA 2012. I looked in the owner's manual and it has directions on page 152.
You can look at your manual and see if Lexus omitted this functionality for your region.
Yes the UK guys also have this in their owner's manual, my owner manual does not.
unfortunately functionality seems to have been disabled for GCC Spec ISF as much as I've tried it's just not converting, seems very retarded.
I believe its to stop people from changing the millage and trying to sell the car without the buyer realizing it's been changed to Miles rather than KM, that's the only logical explanation I can think of.

am I supposed to be mentally converting this while driving?
I know how to convert KPH to MPH but that's not an option here unless I'm some sort of freak of nature that can do this in .1 of a sec while simultaneously driving and keeping my eyes on whats ahead.
Hey Guys, Has this ever been resolved on the 2013 ISF. Looks like its the same speedometer on the 2012 and 2013, the programming should be the same.
I'm thinking of purchasing a 2013 from the US but need to take it over the boarder to Canada and need the speedometer to read km/h to register it. Can anyone please let me know if that can be converted even if i need to program the speedometer at a Lexus dealer.
There must be a way........... Its really an un-thoughtful thought from Lexus if it cant!
Yes you can, with the 2011 speedo. Press and hold the stick, which changes the display to either trip a/b. It has to be showing ODO while you press, not trip a/b as that you just reset the trip and hold and your digital speedo will change to either mph or kmh.
Thanks guys, looks like that is the procedure......... I didn't plan on getting a new speedo, just wondering if a dealer might need a computer to change the readouts that's all.........
Yup, just for the hell of it today, I went to my odometer and held the Trip switch down. Boop, I got KM/H on my digital readout. Then I went back to MPH lol
Defratos, that's kinda odd. What did the dealership say?
Well when I shipped my car to the UK and took it to the dealers they said they can't get it to work and the only way to make it work would be to get a USA spec speedo
