The only time you'd consider adjusting the subframe is when the camber is not symmetrical in the front. Moving the subframe will get camber balanced L/R (that's the goal anyway), and has helped a number of members sort out drifting issues in the past.
It's not in the service manual, so Lexus isn't going to be keen on doing it unless they have someone who actually understands alignment. Not many dealerships have techs of this caliber.

^ from my print out the front camber numbers are L -1.12 and R -1.09. SO would you say that is not symmetrical? And that a sub frame alignment might help?

Has anyone had or does anyone know of someone that has had this issue resolved at the dealer? I would like to put my dealers service dept in contact with them so we can get some resolution.

Yes, I would try adjusting the subframe because your camber is asymmetric. Ideal would be 1.11/1.10 on both sides. It's going to be a very small adjustment of the subframe toward the right side of the car.
