I personally think the stock wheels look great. If they had a bit more offset and a bit of concavity to the spokes, I would have kept them instead of getting my SSR's.

I think the first ISF wheel design looks better; the newer multi-split-spoke thing looks too busy and doesn't flow with the F's body lines that well, IMO.

I believe its a statement of making the car more "yours"....Lexus chose those wheels for you and then your F looks like everyone elses for the most part- like its sitting there on the showroom floor...Wheels are about 75% the "look" of your car and hands down make the LARGEST impact on how ther car looks
Change your wheels and you change a BIG look of the car....Stocks are great on this car I agree but they do not sit on the car well...they are too tucked in and do not ride flush with the body which all those with that "nice" offset know- its what give it that agressive stance.

Yes spacers could do that for you also...but not like a set of 11" wheels in ther rear could...not the same look from the back.

None the less its the Mod bug....and usually you'll find people who keep the same wheels on he car usually wont change much else about it either
Or those who track the car and want the weight savings those BBS's give you while keeping a 19" wheel size
they are some strong light wheels tho - that I'll give them.

I think the stocks are great, all 3 versions.....but there are those that want to express themselves

i think the 08-09 wheels look the best
the 12's look ok but i havent seen them enough
i hate the 10-11 wheels
