since you are looking for comfort I suggest you take a look at the Swift racing springs. For just being a simple spring i could not beleive how significantly it changed the feel and i'm a '10 F. I'm still deciding on the route i'm going to take to lower this spring, but i have yet to rule out the swift because I track maybe once a year.
and my progression was B5 A4 --> B5 S4 --> B6 A4 --> Sierra Denali 6.2 --> ISF

I asked my dealer about upgrading my suspension from 2010 to 2011. They quoted me a price around 3 grand for parts and labor. It was mainly shocks, and springs, and one other major part that I can't remember. I decided to stick with stock.
4everkidd, so is the ride more comfortable with your Swift springs? Do you have them all the way around? Would you say it's less "bouncy" than stock?

he has them installed on all 4 corners, and the drop on the rear is barely noticeable. he also drives the car year round and has yet to have any issues with ride height.
