Default New ISF owner day time driving lights

hey guys,
just picked up an 09 ISF. I love the car,but the day time driving lights are driving me nuts. I hate that stock amber color. can anyone recommend a good color/brand to replace it with? thanks

There are a few choices. I just ordered ijdmtoy LED replacements but they're backordered. Roughly $50-60 for LED replacements + gadgets to make them light up right.

I use Luminics Krypton Super blue bulbs for mine. Bulb color when not lit is blue, when lit it is white. I hated the stock amber color as well, these bulbs seem to do the trick in making it a clear white color.

i like how the luminics change colors when operating. correct me if im wrong but i would like to think that led would be brighter and would probably last longer. what "type" of bulb is the stock.. 9006?

I just unplugged mine. Can't stand them, and never will.

Drive with your h/l on...easiest fix ever. They shut off automatically anyway, done this with my pops sc, old ls430, es350 & isf. h/l & fogs always on

Have them turned off at the dealership for free. That's what I did. Hate DRLs.

you can either have them turned off at the dealership, you can run luminics, or you can buy vleds...if you go the route of vleds or luminics, you are going to have to run a module that can be purchased from vleds that allows the drls to run at 100% power rather than 50 or whatever it is...but you can also do what wuboy28 did and get the luminics because even though they dont run at 100% (unless you get the module), they look white and when the car is off they are blue, just like he said.

I am sorry but Luminics are crap. They don't provide any useful light. If you are looking to change the color of you headlights, I highly recommend getting a HID kit to replace them. I learned the hard way and ended up swapping out the Luminics for HID kits for my headlights and fogs.

Bingo. I've always driven with my h/l on as well as the fog lamps. It just looks sportier to me that way.

The Lexus of Charleston where i get the car from won't help me turn it off due to SAFETY REASON (LMAO)
The Lexus of Mobile turn it off in 30 second! I am a happy (happier) driver since then
