Michelin PSS 245/40 and 275/35
I need new tires. I have the stock wheels. Currently, I have stock sized PS2s but am looking to get a better handling F. After doing some research on the forums it looks like measuring the Overall Diameter (OD) is very important.
The stock front 225/40 OD is 26.1 and stock rear 255/35 OD is 26. Makes sense that the front and rear numbers need to be close.
The 245/40 OD is 26.7 and the 275/35 OD is 26.6. I understand this will give me a little less odometer than actually driven. My real questions is fitment and wear.
I am worried that the tires are not going to sit proper on the wheels and the insides are going to wear too soon or unevenly. Any advice or experiences?

Sorry the 245/40 with a 275/35. I wouldnt mind filling in the wheel gap a little better than the stock size but am I going to get bad wear from having a larger OD size?
