Default AD2P in my IS-F

I have a Vaistech SL2VI
http://www.vaistech.com

But what's annoying as hell is the fact that it doesn't do Bluetooth AD2P

Dose anyone know of any units that have the ability to do AD2P while keeping good quality audio and doesn't just hook in to the AUX port? The Aux port always gives nasty feedback I found on all cars, and I'd rather avoid this port if I can.

It's pretty sad, my IS-F has keyless entry, start and locking yet I need to hook in my Iphone for it to play music. It's like going back in time... ;(

I was looking at this thing but it looks cheap and I don't think it will do the job because realistically I need the Viastech thing to do the Bluetooth I believe.

If you dont like that feedback you have to get a ground within the cable. I had an issue with my cheap aux cables before. This fixes the issues.

Amazon Amazon

Maybe be backwards but its cheap.

I have been checking ebay to see if I can find a newer navigation for sale however I am not even sure I could successfully do a swap. I know with my TSX people would swap out for the newer model headunits sometimes.

Yes. I have the exact same one for my is350. It eliminates the engine whine when you have the phone charging and playing music at the same time.

Anyone try one of these?

I'm still on the hunt since my SL2VI gave up the ghost the other day. I'd like to control the music from the wheel still...

Alright found a better solution!! Thanks to the Iphone 5 and all the new connectors looks like people came up with Dock Blue tooth connectors.

and

Amazon Amazon

Now the SL2VI gives analog audio correct? If so this should work with the coolstream because it doesn't support digital audio

There's a TSB that takes care of it, though I don't recall which one exactly. I had it done for no charge, but I see you can also buy the kit off Sewell if you feel like forking over the cash.
