Not sure what/where you're referring to but I have never seen a single rotor being sold alone. It's 99% of the time for both fronts or both rears. It's not a good practice to just replace 1 corner.

That's for one rotor so make sure you order a quantity of 2.

So the rotors are only 108 for the front and 64 for the rear

I also took a look at RockAuto's site and noticed it wasn't clear at all what you were getting. I'm assuming its $108.99 for each rotor as what Bulls23337 said, you'll need to get qty 2 in order to get the pair for your fronts, so you're looking more like $216 in the end. I can't confirm this though since I've never ordered anything from Rock Auto nor have bought Raybestos rotors for my car yet.

How are these rotors? Anyone experienced them yet? I am going to have to replace my rotors next time around and the stock ones are uber expensive.

You will need a quantity of (2). Here is my order that I placed back in November through RockAuto.

2008 LEXUS IS F 5.0L 4969cc 303cid V8 FI [2URGSE] DOHC

RAYBESTOS Rotors

Part Number: 980675

Price EA: $ 108.99

Quantity: 2

Total: $ 217.98

They are fantastic replacement rotors for the IS-F. The driving instructor I had at my last HPDE weekend also runs an IS-F. He does this instructor thing full time now that he is retired and drives his IS-F in about 90 sessions a year and highly recommends them. That was enough convincing for me.

Amazon has them also and I think they are cheaper. That's where I got my rear Raybestos rotors...free shipping and no tax in most states!

So for an order of 4 rotors and front and rear brake pad sets, this would be correct right?

RAYBESTOS Part # 980674 Advanced Technology Rear x 2
RAYBESTOS Part # 980675 Advanced Technology Front x 2
CENTRIC Part # 30913660 StopTech Street Performance Brake Pads Rear x 1
CENTRIC Part # 30913650 StopTech Street Performance Brake Pads Front x 1

Also, would anyone have experience with the StopTech pads, most importantly how close they are to OEM stopping power and if they are low dusting?

Thanks in advance!

I have Hawk Ceramic pads upfront and Stoptech for the rears. I will say the StopTech's are very low dust (especially compared to stock). I can drive for weeks without having a caked on layer of brake dust on my rims.

As far as stopping power, I can't tell you the difference really as I changed all my pads out within a week of getting my F.

I would guess my combo of Hawk ceramics/StopTech's don't have as much braking power/bite as the stock pads, but I can live with that since the pads last long and the brake dust is pretty much non-existent now.

You may want to look into Carbotech for the pads as well. I know there are threads with people giving them praise.

I wish Hawk would make ceramic pads for the rear so I can have all 4 corners on the same company/same style of pad, but they don't, so it is what it is.

I also have the raybestos rotors and can't say anything bad about them. They look, weigh, and perform the same as the oem brembo rotors do. I picked them up from rockauto as well, no issues what so ever, but as stated above you have to order 2 of them. You won't be disappointed!

See this post for various purchasing options: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/7104479-post17.html

Both the fronts and rears are the cheapest on Amazon, but the fronts are currently on back order. So the cheapest option would be to buy the rears on Amazon and then the fronts from Dave's Discount Auto Parts, for a grand total of $362 delivered for all four.

And as others have said they are identical to the OEM rotors. And I really like the fact that they paint the center hub portion black, because on the OEM rotors they were all bare metal and the area around the hub tends to rust. When I replaced the last set on my truck I actually had to paint the hub portion black so I'm glad these came pre-painted.

^^ I agree, the black hubs on these rotors is a nice touch compared to the rusty look of the OEM rotors.

I haven't had a chance to track the F with these rotors as of yet but my initial impressions for street driving are really good. Along with the Project Mu pads it seems to be a winning combination.

Mmmm, I am fairly sure my rotors are stock (bought the car with 20,000 miles on it) and they have black center hub area.
