"New" 2008 USB IS-F Owner!
Hey guys,
Back in Feb. I picked up a 2008 USB IS-F and let me say, I love this car. Coming from an E-85 / 30R powered 450AWHP 06 STi and a 2008 Evo X, this is by far my favorite and in the upper echelon of vehicles I have owned. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to the boards!

Favorite thing so far? Hmm, just the fit and feel of the car overall. I don't have the nagging feeling that I am going to blow an elbow off the non-existant intercooler or blow a vaccum line and toast the motor as a result.
When the V8 opens up, I love it even more than the TiAL 38 I had on my STi.

Hey OP, were you ever a member on azawd? I used to own a 2005 STI and was on that forum back when I was stationed in Tucson from 2006-2010. Sounds like your STI was a beast. Mine never had that much power, only made it to stage 2 lol.
I also now own a 2008 USB IS-F. Congrats on your new ride and def post pics of up the STI, the EVO and ur "new" F.

Word.
I was on E-85 with the STi and had an ATP stock location 3076 which was externally gated (sounded like a monster). Made 425WHP and 450 tq on E-85 ran strong on the stock motor too. I really miss it.
The Evo was mostly stock except the front mount, IC piping, boost controller and fuel system.
Yeah, I am still an active member on that board. Went out to Firebird on Saturday for the Modified Magazine event. It was good times.

^ Sickness. Thanks for posting pics. You must be with the P town guys on azawd.
You're still a traitor for owning an STi then getting an EVO lol. Supposed to be the other way around, get the EVO then realize the STi is better ha.
Welcome to CL.
Where's a pic of the best car...the F
