Sure, wheel spec's are as follows:
Wedsport SA-67R in gunmetal (sadly discontinued).
Fronts are 19 x 9 with a 35 offset, rears are 19 x 10 with a 42 offset.
Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
245/35/19 Front
275/30/19 Rear

I guess that's the only problem living in a desert!
I'd be straight on that with snow foam to try and lift as much sand as possible without the risk of swirl marks/scratching.
Good luck getting it back in good order. Not a fun job!

Reminds me of the record sandstorm in Iraq (green zone Baghdad to be exact) in 2009, look it up on yahoo satellite images, it was about a week long haze of sand.
