Is this much camber wear normal for the isf or are you lowered??....your tread still looks plentiful minus the camber.

Inner wear like that is generally due to toe, camber usually affects a larger tread width. I think a lot of it has to do with how much movement there is in the front suspension. Thus why the USRS seems to help so much.
