Nice! In for pics. I was on the fence after a few people seemed like it wasn't worth it. Even though Matt seemed pretty confident it would be worth the effort. Couple that with a new set of bulbs may give the projection I'm used to in past vehicles.

Definitely tonight when i get off work i'll be posting the pics with the results. as i might assume since i swapped out the OEM Lens for Clear Lens plus the added 3 ring spacer behind each, the cutoff color might be more intense than just adding the rings behind the OEM lens with higher Kelvin bulbs. The OEM lens have a yellowish color towards the middle of the lens. Kinda like they did that on purpose to reduce light intensity in order not to blind people. If you take a look at your projectors cutoff in the middle you'll see it looks rather yellow and towards the outside you start to see the blueish effect. that has to do with the Lens design by lexus. meant to reduce the intensity discharge of the light. just swapping out the oem lens for clear lenses is well worth the effort and light output at the end.

I really think it's due to projector design being that it is a side bulb entry. The 2IS chassis doesn't allow for a rear entry bulb as most vehicles are. For example, look at the SC or RX projectors which are rear bulb entry. In stock form, they already produce a blue cut off and the lenses are Fresnel; not clear. Add in the clear lens, and the cut off produces even more color (and sharper of course). I'd be surprised if the cut off on the IS projectors get really blue with the clear lens on your project especially with the spacers.
