6 months to the day into owning my F and I’m still in disbelief that I own this car. This month also marks 7 years since I first witnessed first hand what would become my dream car in droves at the first meet that I’ve ever attended and what started my desire to take on photography as a hobby. The car that started it all for me. Boy, does time fly…

👆....Curious as to why you switched out from your Michelin's?.....I see that you put on some Continental's, which version did you put on and what are your thoughts on the comparison?

Thx

^^^^Those are Extreme Contact Force - An Extreme Summer Tire. My experience with Continental Customer Service was terrible.

A couple of buddies were getting their F's dyno'd (GSF, RCF's) over the weekend and hit me up to come hang out...

Thanks for the feedback!.....It's hard to beat Michelin even though they are pretty pricey

That Aimgain spoiler looks great - I've been considering getting one, but there aren't many great pictures online. There's some, but not all the angles are covered. Looks fantastic on your car.

It's my 3rd season tracking so I wanted to step up to track day tires. I decided to go with these cause it's pretty much the only 200 TW tires out there that fit my wheels well. That is 265/35/19 on 9" rim front and 295/30/19 on 10 5" rear. They were developed to be endurance oriented so should last longer than some others in the category. I only wish they offered these in 255/35/19. Although the 265s work well, they rub the liners on big dips and come within a hair of the uca ball joint. Closer than I'd like but never makes contact.

On the street and canyon runs these are a night and day improvement over the ps4s but it's really not a fair comparison. They have a much stiffer sidewall and softer tread compound. you can really lean on them hard and they dont roll onto the sidewalls. They feel much more direct too, I'm guessing due to lower slip angle. To my surprise they are also much more comfortable and compliant over choppy pavement and slightly quieter than my ps4s. Added bonus is the speedo is correct again. Only complaint is they have a slight pulsating hum around 50 to 70 kph. Track day in 2 weeks.

I know you're enjoying the F, looks great! You might want to look into an air cup setup for the front. I've had it a few years and at this point it feel it's paid for itself by saving the font lip countless times.
