ModInJapan got 2 when I ordered mine, as far as I know, they still have the 2nd one in stock. Good luck!

Original 15 year old USB paint is still looking awesome and the motor is running nice and healthy at 65k.

+1 Mike @FIGS articulated the stock suspension's behavior as "tip on input", which I think captures the sensation perfectly. There is just so much pitch motion before the car takes a set and digs into a turn. Doubling the front spring rate does wonders for agility on this platform. :-)

I have not experienced the pitching sensation you describe. Maybe it's a pre '11 trait that some automotive journalists have noted. Or it's attributed to soft sidewalls and tread squirm or worn out bushings.

While stiffening the front may reduce rear wheel lift, it will also induce understeer which I personally wouldn't do. Sure it'll make the front end feel more responsive up to the limit of grip when it starts plowing.

The photo was taken at about 60 mph on turn in while I was still trail braking...maybe a little too much..exacerbating inner rear wheel lift. It doesn't actually lift at all in steady state cornering as I've witnessed in many other track photos.

This doesn't match my experience. I did the pedal dance at CMP to disable the eLSD before I got the Giken LSD. In turn 8, at a similar speed, when I got on the gas to drive out, the inside rear wheel spun mercilessly (like a bad clutch) and I completely lost drive out of the turn. I'm not sure where you got the idea stiffening the front to limit rear wheel lift will cause understeer, but if you have the factory LSD, you'll be way better off with the wheel on the ground, not in the air. The factory LSD is a Torsen device and it acts just like an open diff when the inside wheel lifts. It also works on a torque bias ratio, so it's not going to push the front nearly as much as you might think. The Giken would be more inclined to do this, but it's easy to sort out with car setup.

I'm surprised you say that as every vehicle dynamics article and YouTube video I've seen says stiffening the front relative to rear biases towards understeer and conversely stiffening the rear wrt the front biases towards oversteer. I've also experienced this myself on 3 cars I've owned. Maybe I misunderstand your point.

I wouldn't just change just the front. I'd change all four. The car is too soft for track work from the factory if you want all four wheels on the ground.
