The 2012 engine is the same as the '08-'11 (unless I've been under a rock for 4 years), so any of the intakes we've used should be fine.

Look for Joe-Z, Takeda, Injen, uhhh...the rest escape me at the moment.

I know Joe Z's retain the secondary intake box, which I have seen a few owners wish they had kept it as opposed to modifying the box as well. Injen is top quality, but I went with the Joe Z because of the stock intake box. Not to mention he is a fellow forum member and Lexus enthusiast. Very hands on and provides great customer service.

The stock intake box is a sealed unit which means no hot air is going to enter there. The other intakes out there are an open type cone or partially closed, none are fully sealed like the oem box.

If the RMI scoops perform pretty well. I would think the Joe-Z, Tom's/AFE filter, and the new RMI scoops would be a great setup

The icode replaces the snorkel tube just like JoeZ and keeps the factory airbox.
The Takeda is almost sealed but it still has an opening facing the front of the car. It keeps half of the factory air box
