Hey guys I searched CL but didn't really find any specific details of the 10k service on the F. Some people are saying its complimentary and some are saying it's not. So that's one thing I'm confused about and how long does the 10k service usually take? Being 16, I doubt Lexus will hand over a loaner to me, and is there any things I should note to Lexus? ( I have to report that my instrument cluster rattles a lot when I drive on bumpy roads, yet I don't want them to road test the car because last time they drove the car for ten plus miles and stated they never found anything.)

Freebie applies to first 1K miles. Just get oil and filter change only, which runs about $90 or $120 for synthetic. Note, tell them no car wash if you don't need it.

Road test with them for dash rattlings and mention about Service Bulletin.
