SIKKY Headers VOID factory warranty?

From what I have heard is that the dealer cannot void any warranty unless they can prove that the aftermarket item is what caused the problem, but some dealerships are shady and will blame the aftermarket part regardless and feed you all this BS, heck my dealership even blamed my roof rattle on my coilovers....
What my dealership does is if they notice an aftermarket part they will note it and if anything goes wrong later on they can look it up and see that it was once modded and more than likely will blame the item for being faulty.

You are right, Lexus corporate does make the ultimate warranty call whether to approve or decline, but unless they send out an adjuster of sorts to inspect it themselves, they rely on the dealership to provide them with all sensory detail of what’s going on for them to reach a decision. What the master tech, foreman or mechanic say to corporate has significant influence on what is approved or declined for repair.
Not sure where your hang up is, but since you’re the posting newb compared to me, you’re the goat for calling me out for nothing.
