Do any of you find that the stock black paint on the calipers is not very durable? My car only has about 27K kms and the black paint is chipping off in places. I'm just going to use some black paint for touch up instead of repainting. I like the stealth look.
I gather the blue calipers are for an USB ISF.

I got them painted surprisingly painting cost more than powder coating. One theres less options in color with powder coating. And second it wasn't recommended by the shops to heat 6 piston brake calipers to that degree of temp which the color bakes on cause our seals are just rubber and taking them apart is very tedious work it's quite fragile and they said they would rather not do it. But painting them u get a better color option or choices pretty much

Thought about that too but my cars been sitting on jacks so I thought what the hell might as well paint calipers the same as my pin stripe on my wheels that are coming in next week hahah. IMO I think calipers that big should have some color on them to make them pop but that's just me. Just subtle stuff to make it not look like everyone else's f.
