Thanks for all the feedback folks. Looks like I'll be keeping her. Also, thanks for the shop recommendations. As it turns out, one of them is only 1/4 mile from my work.

For those of you wondering, I leased my car at the end of May 2009 just as the Dow was coming off its lows during the recession. My car, along with its twin sister, had been sitting on this particular dealer's lot for almost 10 months up in the bay area. I negotiated an unbelievable deal (one I seriously doubt I could get today)...granted I did put about $4k toward the cap reduction. I also believe Lexus was providing a rather hefty dealer holdback at the time.
