Suspension Question

had the opportunity to drive a IS250 with alot of F sport suspension bits on it
(F sport shocks F sport springs F sport front and rear swaybars)
The car turned corners like it was on rails, comparing it to the ISF (BC+F sport rear sway) it was a much better set up
my question is
1. Would F sports shocks + springs combo work well on the ISF
2. Would upgrading to a F sport front sway bar make and difference to a ISF

Adding to this question... im looking to get sway bars soon, I can't stand how the loose/soft the stock setup is, i know its a "luxury" car, but this setup doesnt do it for me. It probably doesn't help that I came from a car that was significantly lighter and more nimble, but which sways are you guys recommending and have heard positive feedback from?

There's no reason to get Fsport shocks and spring for the F, Coilovers are better set up. F sport front sway bar is the same side as stock ISF i think, U only need to up grade the rear because u want less understeer. anything bigger infront sway bar will get more oversteer. Suspension gurus can chime in . Stock ISF rear sway is only 17mm thickness in diameter, Fsport is 19mm. Better handling for the F most members here up graded Coils and fsport rear sway bar and wider tires. Maybe body kit lolz.

@Blitz - I would do both front and rear sways together to "match" the force at which the opposite wheel is being forced to do. You would have the front sort of being independent from the rear in tight fast turns. Im not saying that both front and rear need to be adjusted the same, but at least to compliment each other better. What do you think?

As Blitz mentioned above, the Fsport front sway bar is the same diameter as stock. You only have options avalible for the rear. Fsport or Sikky
Additional suspension tunning is handled by coil overs, Figs Mega Arms, Figs Toe Links and of corse tire/wheel selection.

What springs rates are you running on your BC's and what damping settings are you using. IMO sway bars are a cheap solution to body roll and the expense of travel. Setup correctly the F can rail like no other. It also depends quite significantly on front and rear alignment settings. Rear toe is a huge factor is steering response.

glad I'm not the only one who thought this about the Tom's bracing (although I had the Sikky sway bar installed at the same time.... so knowing which made more of a difference is impossible)
