New Dyno runs with Borla Catback & Toms Filter
#47
Well I hope so Sean!! I just dynod the car and I'm sharing my results no BS just the facts of what happened I don't need to BS I have a 750hp car that will make my isf seem like its in reverse. Also if it isn't no biggie it's still a quick car that does everything well. I like it 100% more then my old M and AMG cars and I had over 10 of them, for DD and the ISF the best.

If coolant heat was a issue, Would Drilling a few holes in the thermostat make it flow better.?
Seems that under bonnet temps are a real issue here with these cars.. My first Dyno run , the guy had my Bonnet open , (joeZ exhaust, toms filter, Icode intake) netted 278kws at rear wheels.
then i went back and saw him.. bonnet closed this time, same mods. 250kws.....
So there has to be something in the under bonnet temps ..thats pulling timing, and possibly making it run rich as.. robbing power.!

Ok guys made it back to the dyno today made 413rwhp 384rwtq didn't have time to let car cool just did 3 back to back runs and it was 100degrees in the shop. Car gets returned to stock at JM Lexus in a few days, on to a new car build. Also the exhaust is sold but still have the headers that i will be putting up.
Link to new Dyno with sikky headers and borla full exhaust as only mods had already removed the toms filter.

Nice Thread, thank you. I just got my Borla Catback installed 2 days ago. I love it but wasn't expecting so much more vibration in the cabin (not that it's bad, just not as smooth as it was). I'm gonna pm u about those sikkys.
