Default 6 months no tire wear - Thanks FIGS!

Shot out to Figs for making those awesome rear control arms that allowed me to be as low as i want and still keep my camber under control. I am sorry, i am not about the tire shredding super camber that some people like. I have had lowered cars all my life and inner tire wear has worn my pocketbook thin LMAO!

anyway, thanks FIGS its an OUTSTANDING product! 6 months and no tire wear on Pirelli P-Zero Nero 285/25/20's. They still look brand new! Its a soft tire too!

How much do those rear control arms go for if you don't mind me asking?

Couldn't agree with you more. My wife has been running these on her F for about 10 months and I love them. Keeps my pockets full! I had one race shop compliment me on how well they were made.Great Job Fig!

Meade, how much did you lower the front/rear and what size tires/wheels did you use? Im hesitant in lowering this car cause im tired of the inner part of the tires wearing out so fast. If these control arms solve the problem then it might be the way for me to go. Two more questions, how much were the control arms and which brand/model wheeels are those, they are sik!

i lowered my car. If you didn't lower your's then obviously you shouldn't have an issue. I see you have KW's......if you did, you must not have lowered it much at all.

Huh? My car has been much lower than stock for over a year. Might wanna know your info first. Why would I post if my car was stock height? That wouldn't make much sense.

then you must have some magical ISF that nobody else has. Maybe your ISF came stock with adjustable camber, mine didn't. Plus, like i said, you probably didn't lower it that much if you don't have inner tire wear problems. Doesn't look like you lowered it more then .75". Maybe 1".

either way, i have seen posts where people complaining about pre-mature inner tire wear completely stock.....so maybe you have some special stuff nobody has or you don't drive much...or maybe i got an ISF from the bad batch, you know the ones that get negative camber when you lower them.

anyhow, your car looks sick as hell like that. Has a great stance. If you have no inner tire wear, then maybe you don't put the same miles on your ride that i do. OR you didn't lower it that much.

Camber is rarely the biggest problem. Incorrect toe wears out inside and outside edges faster than anything unless you've got more than 2.5 degrees of camber.

I'd tell you to ask Jake at Radial Tire Service on Cottage Way, but he's retired now. He knows more about alignment than anyone else I knew in Sactown.
