Got it for 396k We wanted something right under 400k.
Garage's are all 36 feet deep.
Yes i will be installing a lift 1st thing
Bad thing about Utah is all the homes have unfinished basements, So this house is 5k Sq feet. But only 3k is finished. And they count the unfinished basement (even though its not liveable) as part of the price

When i lived in Thousand Oaks CA. I was paying $2600 for my place and it was only 1800 Sq ft and a 2 car garage.
So when i look at this payment i have a little more respect for housing
