Interior Size of the IS-F
Hello To All Club Lexus Members.
My wife owns the Lexus cars listed in my signature. My vehicles have been with the Toyota lineup with the exception of a 2007 Shelby GT500 Mustang. Because of shoulder and neck injuries I sold the manual shift GT500 but I really miss the awesome performance of that car.
Recently I discovered that Lexus makes the IS-F cars that come with an automatic. I have not been able to find an IS-F to look at or sit in. I have sat in a few new IS-350 cars but they really feel tight on elbow and headroom.
So my question to the group is if the IS-F interior size is any larger or smaller than the IS-350 cars I have been able to sit in?
Thanks

The fronts are very comfortable if you're an average sized guy, the rears can be a bit tight for passengers. ALso note the seats do not fold down.
I think interior room is no better or worse than its competitors like the C class Benz or 3 series BMWs.

I feel that its the same size everytime i drive my wife's car (IS350 F-Sport) when we go places... You can tell the difference between the two with the seats, steering wheel, and of course the drive... But I think the cabin size should be the difference when compared to the ISx50, but more so the fun factor of the IS-F ! Just buy one bro, you will not regret! GL !

When I am at my local Lexus dealer I go right for the IS-F in the showroom.
Im 5'10" and its a tight fit compared to my RX.
My only real concern is the headroom. It is close with the sunroof. So I am ordering mine without one.

Wow, how or why in the hell do you load your car into a canon....I bet it's fun but wouldn't have guessed that an ISF would be part of a circus act!! how far do you get shot out???!!!

You must have the seat very high? I have my seat fairly high, also have a sunroof and at 6ft still plenty of space.

I have not sat in a IS350, but I know for a fact the ISF seats are EXTREMELY comfortable. The seats hug you. Even the rears, as some of my friends have said are comfortable as well. But as others have said the rear is cramped unless you move the front seats forward a significant amount. Even with moving the seats fwd, I'm still comfortable driving.
Elbow room may be tight, but if you move the seat all the way down (ISF has 10-way adjustable seats), you should have adequate space (unless you're 6'4 +)
