Default How to access the defroster vent?

Time to humble myself.

I got a little sloppy today. I did a hardwire for my passport (there is another string on it) and I managed to drop a jewellers screwdriver down the defroster vent. Still don't believe I was dumb enough to do this.

Everything is working but I would prefer no leaving it in there. Can anyone tell where the most likely access is to the vent tube for this vent. Thanks.

The defrost vent is usually up against the firewall and requiers removal of the dash pad . Just a guess from experience with a bunch of other cars, Toyota/Lexus included. I would get a scope down there and hopefully you can see it to get an idea of other ways to remove it.
Strong magnet on a string.......
