I will be doing the tests and checking out the motec on Saturday. The 40k receipt is insane!

If all checks out I will trade in my F for this one!

Nice! Cars and Coffee..... Here we come! There has been so many people trying to tear this car to bits and wouldn't it be something if it actually performed????

i have my fingers crossed for you, weird how such a well known shop doesn't have gauges in a boosted car.

The work under the hood looks pretty clean.. I wonder how functional the whole setup is though! Hoping for the best numbers-wise!

Very interesting. I never read the original ad or details on this though. I remember reading up on an ISF at one point that had a turbo setup that was located near the rear of the car which just seemed awful to me for piping reasons alone. Where are these turbos located? There's not a lot of room under the hood...

Rapsquared if you could get some pics of the underside of the car that would be great. I would love to see the real details of this setup and that's where they are.

They are located right before the mufflers, it's called a remote set up.. This kind of set up is known to cause really bad lag.

Ah, ok, thanks. Then this is probably the setup I had heard about previously. Lag is fine if you're going for big numbers or at the drag but the ridiculous plumbing I had seen was appalling. Having a turbo 15'+ out from the manifold just isn't sensible.

And without a cracked ECU I honestly can't imagine even a piggyback accommodating what was going on with that kind of delay.

I would LOVE to have this kind of car to tinker with if I had the extra money...I just don't see how it's a feasible "reliable" option even for weekend jaunts when you go WOT even once.

I drove the car today, it runs well. It made 439hp/ 471tq. I havent gotten to talk to the shop who dynoed it as they are at SEMA. According to the seller there is still room for more boost and it still has the stock exhaust. It drives smooth at partial throttle and seems really well put together.

I mashed it in second with TC on and it seemed as if the TC was non exsistant!

I will speak with the shop (Jotech Motorsports) Thursday to find out there opinion of everything.

I have a trade deal worked out for my F and my Triumph already. Just have to make sure the car will be reliable
