The fronts you will probably want to heat the plastic to push in the fender liner slightly
Agreed! Given those options, I'd go with 9.5 +45 front and rear.

Sold my 9.5 and 8.5 set so I could get this new secondary set, 18x10 +39, 275/35 PS4S. square.

What are the pros/cons of either? I plan install Sport Cup 2 255/35/19F & 275/35/19R on them. Is one offset better for wider tires and one better for brake or suspension clearance?
For those tires I'd suggest 9.5 front and 10 or 10.5 rear if available. Pro for the lower offsets would be esthetics if you're going with the relatively narrow 8.5" front, 9.5" rear. Con would be you're limiting yourself on tire width without rubbing the fenders and increasing leverage on the suspension arms resulting in effectively softening the suspension. Lowering offset at the front will also affect steering geometry, probably not in a desirable way. For these reasons I'd always go with offsets as close to factory as possible.

255/35/19 on a 8.5 inch wheel with a +45 offset in the front does not rub at all with zero fender liner mods. There's no reason a 9.5 inch wheel would rub with the same tire, but it will look stretched on a wheel that wide.

You plan on Cup 2 tires? Is this intended for track use?

I definitely do not want a stretched look wheel or to messing with the fenders or lining.

May use it for the track occasionally, I had Cup 2's on my previous E92 M3 and loved them for the street in Socal. I'm not worried about rain or bad weather, I have a different car for that. I would prefer zero fender liner mods, I've chased those fender issues on the lowered IS350 for years and it's aggravating. I am looking at the tire sizes 255/35/19F & 275/35/19R because I have them on the stock wheels with Michelin PS4s and I'm happy with them. I had not considered a squared set-up but am now RTFF to see pros/cons.

Would still be interested to know the differences between the offsets:
The fronts are 19x8.5" and have 2 offset options to choose from, either +38 or +43.

The rears are 19x9.5" and have 2 offset options to choose from, either +45 or +53.

From BBS website, here are the recommendations on an RI-D wheel. Not sure what "tuner" is really referring to?
PFS = Permanent Fitment System.

Unfortunately 10 or 10.5 not available in good offsets.

Thank you for the great feedback on the difference between the 2 options! aesthetics vs tire width and the impact of leverage.

I just ordered these wheels a few minutes ago. They are back ordered, but I have my car in storage for the winter and don't mind waiting. I'll likely run 265/40R18s front and 295/35R18s rear. My only question is did you need to add longer wheel studs to mount these? On the ordering page I didn't get any warnings, but when I went back and re-input the wheels as being for a 2008 Lexus ISF, there was a warning that said: "Front and rear wheel requires extended studs for proper lug nut thread engagement". When clicking on the warning link it states: "Like many aftermarket wheels, certain Lexus models require extended wheel studs and 60º conical lug nuts for proper hardware engagement when using Apex Wheels. This is due to the unique design of the factory Lexus studs and lug nuts. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific vehicle requirements."
TIA.

I installed longer (ARP) wheels studs long before I got these wheels, so I wouldn't know. But, you usually lose some wheel stud thread engagement when going with aftermarket wheels with tapered style seats. Also, I've tried 265/40/18's on my 18x10 +39 ze40's for fronts and they were too tall and the tires were rubbing the fender liners at full turn. Results may vary but just be mindful of that. Minimum recommended (safe) thread engagement for 12x1.5 wheels studs is 8 threads.

Just picked up my first set of Work wheels. They were off a 3is spec'd with 19x9.5 & 19x8.5 et38. I added 15mm spacers to both front and back to get them flush (and more importantly clear the rear brake caliper). Enjoy!

Nice. You got anymore close up shots of the fenders/wheels and other info like suspension, tires and what have you? I've been looking at various wheels and +30, +35 and +38 are the common sizes but wasn't sure if fitment with .5" widths. Most of the wheels that have the higher offsets in +45 and above are the nicer/more expensive wheels.

for sure!

im lowered on KW v3’s (slightly lower than stock). Tires on the front 235/30/19 and rear 265/30/19. These tyres came with the rims, I’d rather go F: 255/30/19 R: 275/30/19 in a PS4 or something similar to get a meaty tire look.

Thanks for that. Looks good. What camber are you rolling with in the front and rears? I'd like to 18" wheels because tires are cheaper and give more meat on the tires but wouldn't mind 19" wheels for the looks.

I don’t remember the exact specs - but I have factory arms, so nothing far outside the oem geometry.

if you want 18’s - attached is my car exactly how it sits now - but with Enkie rpf1’s. 18x10 et 38 with 15mm spacer upfront running 265/35/18 Hankook RS4’s

So are you effectively at +23 offset with those spacers?
Any camber arms, or camber on the front wheels? Assuming you would need to roll your fenders as well?
