Default Driving experience...

I have been a car enthusiast for many years, and have owned many cars in my life, however I really love driving my 08 ISF. There really is nothing like it. It feels simple yet very refined and sporty for a sedan, this car puts a smile on my face every day. Not many people own one, so it is kinda exclusive in that aspect. I want to take it to Barbers Motorsports to really learn how to drive it and enjoy it just that much more. Just sharing my thoughts...

At Starbucks a BMW m7 owner was taking about my ISF. He liked the car. Then one my way back a motorcyclist was riding parallel and giving me a thumbs up. The best compliment ever is from my kids swim school teachers, first they ask my kid does your dad drive a ISF. She says yes, next day they all are in the parking to check out the car.

Since I move to Chattanooga TN two weeks ago, alot of people never see a ISF before. I always have random complements from random people In fact two guys were peeping next to my tinted windows outside a Starbucks lol
here is the best one I have last week :

Outside a CVS.
An 6x years old lady who drive a new Toyota Camey approached me.
Old lady, " excause me, what kind of car is this?"
Me, 'Ma'am its a Lexus ISF.'
Old lady, 'huh? Oh i have no idea what that is. But it is a very good looking car, very special and i really like it.'

That really put a big smile on my stressful day

I was at Dicks Sporting Goods yesterday and an 8 or 9 year old said "Your car is cool it looks really fast", then he puched his sister in the arm. Gearhead in the making...

Yesterday there was a guy in an M6 staring at my car when we were stuck in traffic... last month I took my car for inspection, everyone at the shop gawked and asked me how much the car was. Had a guy in a heavily modded C5 vette pull up next to me and say "nice car, I don't see many isf's". Last wk had a guy on a motorcycle slow down in traffic to say "I like your car"... then a few days ago had an old guy say "that's some car you got there!"...

Around here if you don't drive like an *** I think it gets positive attention.

others are posting their experiences, so I'll post a recent one for my F.

The day after I picked up my F I was driving on the highway to pick up a friend. It was early, so no one else was on the road. I saw a Nissan Pathfinder hauling in the far left lane (I was in the right lane). As he approaches me, he slams on the brakes to get to my speed, gets over 2 lanes to get right next to me, honks the horn, gives me a thumbs up, and speeds back up. That was a new one for me.
