Good god, that's terrible man. I hope you get this resolved quickly.

 

That suck! You've been taking great care of your car and just had someone did this. Make sure thats the last time he's for that dealership.

 

I would have that guy's ***!!!! Call corporate and file a legal complaint. I would sue for damages, legal fees, and punitive damages pertaining to lost resale value. Have the manager contacted and informed he's being sued. That might get him back quickly.

Sorry to hear that your car was disrespected like this. Hopefully this situation is resolved by the dealership and you have elevate it to corporate. I use to see you on ave N when I lived Palmdale.

 

Hey man. This is just sad. How unprofessional for a Lexus dealership or any dealership for that matter. That's just horrible how they would treat a car like that and just give it back to you like nothing happened and you wouldn't notice any damage. I wish Cobb had a tuner like my STI so you could put it on valet mode and car won't go higher then a certain MPH or RPM. Hopefully when you do finally get this all straitened out you don't have such a long wait to get it back the way it was. Can't trust anybody nowadays I swear.

WTF???? you gotta jump over the manager's head, because I am sure this isn't one of those freak of the moment things they took that ish for a joy ride... and if it is anything like the 460 then those connectors for the fender and bumper are a pain once messed with. you need all new stuff not fixed, file a claim either insurance or corporate so that they handle you right....

totally unacceptable. I definitely hate having to take my car anywhere in fear of having it not taken cared of properly or having it abused.
