Price on a 2008 IS-F With only 5,000 Miles??

That is exactly what is keeping me from purchasing it at this moment, that and the fact that 45k is my budget. I see a few 2010's on autotrader right around 45k and I really like the new nav, LSD, and actually love the black Navigation button as opposed to the grey ones in the 08s..

If you can find a 2010 with say 30K-35K miles on it in your price range, especially if it has relatively new tires and a recent brake pad replacement, I'd do that rather than pay the same for a 2008 with virtually no miles on it. 30K miles on a Lexus is nothing, plus you have some of the factory warranty left.

Yeah, factory warranty FTW. I almost suggested go with the 08 with low miles, but realized it's 2012 and the warranty must almost be up already...You may want to get minor issues fixed under warranty for free.
With that said, resale values for the F are still relatively high, considering it's summer and it's so rare. I would say go with 2010+ and make sure you check for the things vbb mentioned; tires/brake pads/rotors are usually the most expensive maintenance parts to replace on the F.
