ASF light flashing on NON lowered car?
Is the ASF light a generic light indicating any type of lighting failure like bulb outage or something that is specific to the leveling?
The light blinks but the they DO auto level - I would have figured the lights wouldn't auto level if there were a problem?
This is on a car I am looking at buying and I'm concerned that there might be a bigger issue - this is the ONLY issue preventing me from buying the car at this time. It's a high mileage ISF with a clear title and documented dealer maintenance so this seems like hopefully it's just a trivial issue...
I've read all the threads about suspension and other mods, but this car is completely stock and has never been modded.
Thanks for your time if you respond.

Look at the position of the sensors first. It may appear the car has not been modded, but without knowing the full history from the original owner, you can't be sure.
There are more than a few possibilities, but they're all pretty rare. The most common is rear suspension work with the sensor's arm mounted incorrectly.
