I'm assuming they put 225's on the front of the car for 1) Possible turn in feel 2) To build even more understeer into the car.

Maybe one of the more technical guys here can go into it

This could be true, although It would be nice to see numbers from those who track their ISF's, to see if upsizing actually yields better performance.

Understeer for sure and better aerodynamics for lower fuel consumption. Wide front tires kill Cd.

it might be better if you use the square setup for track as mention by a couple of members on here. the wider tires would be better for street use in my opinion. the stock setup is ok for both.
