I believe I read somewhere there is a law that prevent dealership from denying warranty on aftermarket parts unless they can prove it will directly damage that certain part. And only that certain part gets voided and not the whole warranty.

i must be lucky then, my dealer (almost everyone i know who works there) are my biggest fans. They all come out and gather around when i stop by so they can check out the latest mods. They love the ISS forged exhaust and when i fire it up, customers end up gathering around too. They are all so damn cool, i am FOR SURE buying another Lexus there. I'm keeping the F but i want a LS460 for a little more luxury.
My car is lowered, so it doesn't fit on their rack when i take it in for oil change. What do they do? ***** about it? nope. They take it across the street and change the oil on the alignment rack. There shouldn't be any prob with your exhaust unless it falls off and gets tangle up in your drive line and/or catapults you and destroys the car. Kind of a wild, and unlikely scenerio but i was trying to think of what could go wrong with a cat-back bolt up system. Now as much as i love my dealer, if i smoke my motor using the NOS, i might not wanna bring that one up

i believe that is true. So maybe that guy will be voiding the warranty on his STOCK exhaust by removing it So what! lol
