To have a car carry on the Supra name is almost an endeavor not worth pursuing. It had such a legacy it is bound to disappoint more than appease.
As a Supra owner, I would really hope they wouldn't tarnish the name and leave it alone.

A Supra would be badass if it was offered in multiple trims. I think Shops would jump on it like they did the GTR. But if it's Hybrid only, i don't see shops doing that. The GTR is becoming THE modded sports car to have and it'll only get worse the more they become affordable.
I know i've been look at them, but id rather have a Toyota, every one i've own'd has been awesome, and i can't say that about the 2 nissans i've had
Id pick the supra if i could keep my F i have now

You average sports car buyer is not looking at window stickers and hoping the MPG are reasonable. They hybrid buyer is in a different demographic than the Supra/ISF shopper.

Owned one. That's why. You couldn't do 3 multiple pulls in a GS 450h because the battery power wasn't there. Also, using a hybrid to generate power is not their strong suit. Ask anyone who had their hybrid battery replaced in a GS. Their ECUs were reflashed so the battery was not asked to do so much work.

and i have no problem with them at all
im guessing your talking about a older gs450h
hybrid can only improve
and the old gs450h set up was hm.. how should i put it, not refined
your only thinking about the old hybrid tech
things are much different and better from the older models
its like saying you wont touch a japanese car cause they were **** in the 70s and 80s
clearly not the case in todays world

Show me one model of the Lexus line up that is using the hybrid battery as a legitimate POWER source and not gas economy.

it still classified as older gen
the new gs450h is much better than the older GS450h in power delivery
everytime there is a new hybrid tech that lexus uses it is a refined version of the older hybrid tech that it replaces
lexus now offers 10 year warranty on all battery
even on the new prius i feel difference between the older prius and the newer prius
i do admit our first hybrid was terrible
but they hybrids i own now are very good to live with
