Low oil light

Low oil light
F was in the garage not driven for a week. I took it out today because of the beautiful weather.
When I parked.. my engine oil low light came on. I have an 08 F..got an oil change at 16,500 miles at the dealer ship and had 18,220 today. Checked the oil dipstick and could barely see it in the sun because the oil is soo clean but it was at the 1st minimum bump. Took it to my friends car shop. He put 2 quarts of oil in. I swung by the dealership and my service advisor said to monitor it..If it comes on again to bring it in because it could be a valve leak or carbon buildup causing the car to use the oil up so quickly. Is there anything else i should be on the lookout for in case it is a valve leak or carbon build-up?
swift racing technology intake, hid fogs, calibre K-40 radar, tint, drl bulbs, 3m 1080 black carbon fiber wrap on roof, carbon fiber roof spoiler, lightly smoked out taillights, alumapro bp-10 subwoofer, jl jx-500 amplifier.

^^^ My guess is that the dealer did not put enough oil in when they serviced it. This happens often at dealerships because they think the F is just like any other car. They don't know it holds 9.8 quarts. But keep it monitored just to be safe.

yea they prolly thought ur car was a 250 or 350, i know here in boston the dealerships i spoke to say they hardly ever see F's lol

only like 2 techs out of 20 at the dealership know what to do with an F. If they are swamped you get the less experienced tech doing your oil change while the master tech is doing transmission or major engine work.
